Buddhini Samarakkody 

Buddhini Samarakkody is an accomplished IT Professional and Trainer, who holds an experience of 19 years on multifaceted roles. Currently, she is serving as a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, Pluralsight Author, and Director for IT Solutions/Trainer at eSolve Business Solutions in Sri Lanka. She is also a Visiting Lecturer at the CINEC Campus. Following a Transition in her career from a Software Developer to EdTech in 2018, Buddhini has published five video courses and various content types on Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, and EC-Council – Code Red Platforms. Buddhini is also known for her commitment to innovative and learner-friendly content delivery strategy leaving an indelible mark on the IT and software development domains.

Captain Preetham Madhukar is the Founder & CEO of Skills Beyond Education, and he holds experience for over two decades in critical decision-making and crisis management from his distinguished career as a Ship Captain. Captain Madhukar has authored books titled, ‘Elite Performance Coach’ and '3 Culprits: Laziness, Fear, and Doubt.’ Inspired by a spiritual and educational philosophy, he founded Skills Beyond Education in 2016 with a mission to create a million high performers and 1000 legends in various fields.
